Project SPLIT: Caraga RPMO orients newly-formed Redocumentation Completion Teams (RCTs)

As a testament to the commitment sworn to provide for farmers, the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Caraga’s Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling Project (Project SPLIT) Regional Project Management Office (RPMO) has commenced a 2-day orientation on the deliverables of the Redocumentation Completion Team (RCT) and review of redocumentation target at Almont Inland Resort, Butuan City on July 25, 2024.

This event, which is attended by key project implementers throughout Caraga, focused on establishing and strengthening the RCTs’ knowledge on what is expected of them to successfully complete the redocumentation component of Project SPLIT.

She said, “We must ensure everyone is on the same page regarding our RCT members’ responsibilities. Your input is vital in meeting DAR Caraga’s 2024 targets.”

Meanwhile, Assistant Regional Director for Operations, Agnes L. Dela Cerna, encouraged the participants to be active, not only for this activity, but for the whole project, by saying, “Everyone needs to participate. Get involved, and monitor your accomplishments as this all for the welfare of our agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs).”

As such, the Provincial Project Management Offices (PPMOs), along with their respective RCT members, intensively listened to the day’s discussions which dealt with their roles and responsibilities in the redocumentation process.
